MSRP : 96775
Discount: 12.5%
Rebate: 10,900(EV owner)
0.00026 MF with 4 MSDs
36 months@15k miles, $938 with total drive off $4738 ( includes 1st month payment and 4 msds)…
I am not able to replicate that monthly payment using leasehackr rate finder. Please advise. TIA.
I am getting $834 on leasehackr vs $938 from dealer. First time leasing.
MF seems marked up if i’m not mistaken. Tell the dealer straight out that you’re having a hard time getting the numbers to line up and figure out the discrepancy, might be a misunderstanding in residuals for 15k miles, could be MF, or one-time fees, etc.
I would also suggest breaking out anything that isn’t refundable and paying it upfront such as the $925 initiation fee, the Doc fee, taxes (if they aren’t taxed on the monthly payment), other fees. etc.
Are you taxed on the totality of payments or the selling price?
Thanks mistergoober and max_g for your responses. I checked with the dealer and they are claiming higher MF than 0.00026. Looks like tax is on totality of payments. Checking with another dealer now.
Delaware has what they call a “document” fee of 4.25% on the selling price of the car.
It looks like something is pretty marked up here:
That’s $4,738 at signing, including MSDs. However, this would need to be adjusted because you can only do 3 MSDs. The minimum MF is 0.0005.
I have dealerships in MD though if you’d like to go through a broker. I can see what they have that is what you want or close to it.
@BimmerCarDeals, I will let you know if I need your service later. I am trying for 12.5% of msrp, $10990(EV Conquest), 0.00026 with 4 MSDs. I had couple who are willing to give up to 10% for 2025 but I was able to get 12.5% on 2024. 0.00026 is the MF according to Edmunds 2025 BMW IX deals.
Right - I’m doing 11% off 2025s, but either way, you can’t do 4 MSDs. It is below the minimum MF.
BMW is advertising $699 a month lease deals on IXs again, but that is on a $90K MSRP vehicle. Delaware also taxes the payment about 2% if I recall correctly. It looks like they are marking up the MF by 0.0004
It’s 4.25% on the selling price of the car:
That would explain $3,6xx tax on a ~$90k car
It’s both, it’s 4.25% “documentation fee” and 2% on the monthly, technically its like 1.9423871802837423 or something ridiculous, but 2% get its done.
We are at 12.5% on new 2025s.
Looks like August is a slow month. A lot of attention here…![]()
Is Jaguar IPace eligible for additional $1k EV conquest rebate. I got conflicting reports from 2 dealerships?
Thanks for the list. So no luck for my Jaguar IPace.
Thanks NYCLife for helping me in getting the 2025 IX @12.5% off MSRP, $9900 rebate, 0.00026 MF with 3 MSDs. Picked the vehicle today.
