What is your plan for ownership? Do you intend to keep the lease. If so have you considered MSDs. IMO the better play here is to immediately buyout the lease and finance it with a credit union. In which case you should think about waiving the acquisition fee. The discount is solid at 8%, but some brokers have recently offered more here, at the end of the year. Obviously, the ‘flex protect’ add-on need to be removed.
Yes, buyout as soon as possible. I will ask about waiving the fee. Georgia adds 7% tax on the front end of the lease. I will ask about rolling this into the payments. Not sure if that matters. I believe the state collects again when a lease is bought out.
