Been awhile since I was looking into leases. With the good programs on electric vehicles currently, figured why not see what’s available. Got 2 offers below, the top one is for an I4 M50 and the bottom one is an I4. Both seem slightly high to me after entering into the calculator, roughly $30-50 a month too high. I wasn’t given the MF but have to assume it’s raised here?
With that kind of discount I wouldn’t be surprised if the money factor is marked up, but if you get rid of the add-on and/or get a little more money off it’s a fairly solid deal for the current market conditions.

Just as a general market observation, an I5 is not much more, and can even be less, than an I4. Coming from someone who went I4 to I5 and wound up with a lower payment.

I have multiple i4 to choose from at 12% off MSRP, with base MF plus any incentives you qualify for.
699 doc fees if you want to do MSD
330 doc fee if want to avoid MSD
No other addons.
