Deal Check: BMW i4 eDrive40

Custom ordered, and the unit is landing imminently.

Our agreement is:
“10% off, base MF, no add-ons”

(1) Thoughts on the deal in general? Ok in this environment?

(2) Can someone help me validate that the quote matches the terms agreed upon? I think this disclosure assumes that all fees would be capitalized? They didn’t tell me either way, so I’ll have to confirm. This is as close as I could get on the calculator.

Thanks!

Pretty good deal for an order. 10% off and buyrate is strong. Yes, it looks like the disclosure assumes zero DAS and just MSDs due at signing. With the LH calc it’s usually more accurate (in my experience) to do a negative down payment to calculate a zero driveoff scenario. See below.

Congrats and post pics once you sign and pick up!

looks good, the calc is very hard to exact but you have all the numbers there.

Thanks @ZZAutoDeals !

Pickup was smooth!

I was finally able to replicate the numbers for myself in a spreadsheet. Didn’t realize it required a solver-style solution for it. With a circular reference between the Cap Cost Reduction and the Monthly Payment, I had to do trial and error to get the cap reduction at the exact level that the drive-off becomes zero. And of course, that yielded the exact same number as BMW’s computers, down to the penny. An interesting exercise.
