Looking to see if this is a good deal. I cannot replicate the numbers in the calculator… wondering if I’m missing something. Numbers on the left depend on down payment.

Not missing anything, this is basically just a typical Florida deal on anything it seems.
Just for a fun comparison, for the deal I do on i4 35’s, if my deal was also $4,900 total due, I’d be $121/mo cheaper.

There’s no such thing.
It’s up to you, with the help of the forum, to know what a competitive number for the total lease cost should be. That’s the most important part.
If someone wants more than that it doesn’t matter exactly which line item is higher, whether it’s selling price or rent charge or something else.
Taking a step back, the i4 lease program results in a pretty terrible TCO when compared against financing a comparable car.
