Your residual doesnt make sense. Need the actual number.
You have a bunch of incentives rolled into the selling price, making it look like a much better deal than it is. What is the actual pre-incentive selling price?
You pay 6.25% sales tax on the selling price not MSRP. And at times, the dealer may provide you tax credits and lower your tax responsibility to 0% or 1.25%.
Post contract if you’re having trouble with the calc…personal info redacted of course.

Decent deal. Ask the dealer for a free L2 home charger and make sure the demo car gets the free 2 year charging.
Also consider MSD if you want to lower your payment with an upfront refundable deposit.

I was trying to reduce my monthly payment by taking advantage of MSDs. Looks like I cannot go with MSD once I sign the lease.
