Here are the current finance deals from Audi’s website. If I were OP, I wouldn’t want to finance an S car at these rates.

Have you reached out to multiple dealers? If that’s the best offer you have received and that’s the car you want, then go for it.
I am not sure brokers can beat this deal, if you account for their fee and shipping. I could be wrong.
For sure, but 3.2% @ 60 or 3.45% @ 72/84 with broken-by-LH Armco CU all day tho. They told some LH-ers they will lock the rate in with an app in by 2/28 (Tues).

Yeah I’m not expecting the finance rates to be low when the money factor is high. Maybe outside financing. But sometimes people just gotta pay to play I guess lol.
No they only quoted $657 (taxes included)
I am aware of better rates, but suggesting that OP finance this car is not the best option, IMO.
EDIT: If this were an RS car, then financing it would probably make sense.

I understand the comparison, but 248hp for the BMW vs 306hp for the S3 is not the same. I bet the 5 series is also heavier and not as sporty.
@pkona - My 4 cylinder A4 was fun to drive (I know I am preaching), but moving up to my '21 6 cylinder A6 55 with 335hp is even more fun.

Total cost ended up being like $27k 
They were only discounting off MSRP to $50,500 and then taking rebates
So you told em to get some fresh air outside……
