Deal check - Audi Q4 Etron Prestige

My wife is interested in getting a 2024 Audi Q4 55 e-tron Prestige package. We’ve never leased before so looking to get feedback on whether we have a good deal at hand. We’re in PA and reached out to several dealerships in both PA and NJ and the best deal we have for now is 24 months/10k miles, $3k DAS and $479/month for a total lease cost of $14,017, so effectively $584/month. This seems like a good deal to us relative to other deals we’ve seen on LH and is less than what we’ve seen from the various brokers in the Northeast area. I also put it into a LH calculator and was getting a score of 10.3 years which seems decent. Would appreciate any feedback if this is a good deal and if there’s any tips on how to further negotiate this down. It also might be worth noting that PA doesn’t appear to be a very friendly EV state - our tax rate is 9% vs. the 3.3% in NJ so if the lease cost is a bit higher than what other recent deals have closed in NJ, I think that might be the reason.

Sounds great! What is your pre-incentive discount?

The Discount is $8,340 and the Incentives are $14,000. The dealer just came back with a “final” offer of $1,500 DAS and $511.30/month for a total lease cost of $13,260, so effectively $552.50/month for 24 months. Assuming this will be the best offer we’re going to get.

While this might be a good deal, the Q4 is not necessarily a good EV. It is somewhat range limited compared to most other EVs. It does not charge very quickly. If you decide to lease it, just make sure you know what you are getting into.

Also, the Premium Plus usually has a better residual and lower price. You can add AudiCare for a 1% residual bump, but not sure it makes sense for a 24 month lease. There is a Q4 55 pre-negotiated deal shown for $299 a month in CA. It would be higher in OH due to the tax situation, but gives you an idea of the size of discounts.
