If you’re getting $8,800 off pre-incentive, ever if there is a little MF bump, no adds, this is pretty solid.
Thanks, Scott. They were trying to add some weird protection on the PPF and other things but he really wanted to make a sale for the end of the month and, and it seemed in line or close enough for the Midwest where my options are thin.
