Deal check and registration question - 2025 Audi e-tron GT

Hello all!

Looking for some thoughts on this deal. This is from northern California. I don’t think it’s particularly good, but wasn’t sure where the market is today and, while I’ve seen some comments that it should be relatively easy to get to $1,100/mo, wasn’t sure if that included taxes or a higher down payment. This is also the first dealer I’ve talked to so seems like an additional 5% off MSRP would get me to that range.

To clarify some of the scribbles - column on the left is 7500 miles/year while the right is 10k. The discounts are $7.5k federal EV credit, $15k from Audi, 10% discount ($14.6k) from dealer. I saw that there may be some additional discounts to stack including Costco?

A question - I am based in AZ but am in NorCal for a month. Is it possible to do a deal here and ship the car to AZ so I can register it there? How do I avoid paying both CA and AZ taxes? Also, I’m not sure if the AZ dealers are as motivated as the CA ones. Or, if I go with one of the brokers, are their dealer partners willing to ship to out of state buyers?

Thank you!

Getting practically the same deal here in FL, there doesn’t seem to be many units on lots, only a handful within 200 miles for me, so no fire sale like last year.

The $22500 incentives are taxed and you LH calculator has no dealer fees or DMV/Govt fees. You can slightly improve by doing max MSDs, but it’s still looking at $6200 DAS + $1300.

Pretty much 98% of CA Audi dealers will not do out of state deals- esp for leases and aggressive money loser deals.

Good luck.

Why would anyone pay that much?

The RS was sub $700 when the programs were right.

Hacking is all about timing and selection.

Recommended alternative for a fun, sporty EV that’s hackable now?

Keep in mind the 2025 s is basically as quick as the 2024 RS. Your alternative is a Taycan 4s which will be significantly more.

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking too - if this is what I’m looking for this is about the only option. Thanks!

In months, LHers will be in $900 S GT or $1200 RSGT😜
Wait for the program to be improved. If you cannot wait, take over a MY24 RSGT transfer from LHers and have fun for 12 months at $10k cost

And be on the hook financially? Reason no one does Audi transfers

I’ve been looking for one also, but choosing to wait it out.
Best I got so far was $136k MSRP to $94.5K sell price after all incents, plus TTL. Dealer is not in TX, so no tax credits, which kills the deal even if I were to go for it.

Programs are the BEST we’ve ever seen! These are our sign & drive numbers calculated based on Florida taxes and fees (these include everything). MF will vary based on the state with Texas, florida and California all qualifying for the best available programs (if registering in these states).

What does this look like for AZ?

Which broker is this?

DM us with your zip code and preferred trim/colors please!

August programs are not publicly known yet. But over the last few months the top trims of the i4 and i5 have been very hackable.

Above $1,000 I’m sure most people would rather have a Taycan than an Etron.

Agree if you can really get a 2025 4s for 1’100 effective (posted above) I would go that route. Etron gt is a great car when the spread was a lot wider.
