Deal check and question about negotiation

Hi,
New to leasing a car, and I am wondering how much latitude dealerships have to stray from manufacturer’s offer?

I am in the market for a Genesis GV60 Performance. I am in WA and no dealership has a performance model, I am shopping remotely out of state. This is what was offered to me today with August incentive:

MSRP: $72,690
Discount: $3,634.5
Rebates: $19,500
Adjusted price: $49,555.5
Taxable fee: $175
tax: $1,711.72
Non taxable fees: 1,172.5
Balance: $52,614.72

Undisclosed but checked with LeaseHackr calculator, residual value should be at 50% and money factor at 0.00248

For 33 months and 10k miles/year:

$3,000 down and $694/month

Thoughts?

TIA

The dealership can discount it almost until the cap cost = RV. They could also add a $100,000 markup if your credit and income could support the payment.

That’s a different way of saying that the manufacturer’s offer is irrelevant (and they’re almost always ridiculously terrible anyway).

Pretty much every single EV brand is on fire sale except Genesis.
