Two things you are doing a 36/10, which is the wrong term for the better deal. 24/10 or 27/10.

Second, that, MSRP is indicative of a Type S. The deals you see here are for sub 70k A-specs which have more incentives and trunk money than the type S.

This looks to be several thousand over msrp which would be why.

You should also be getting Colorado rebates of those aren’t included in the rebates.

Move on. Reach out to several dealers and tell them how much YOU want to pay, but you need to know all rebates and incentives.
