Deal Check - 26’ Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium

Looking at leasing an SUV for the family. Would love any thoughts on this deal.

2026 Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium

State: MN

Terms: 24/12k

MSRP: $49,800

Residual: 78%

Pre-incentive Discount: $4,000

Rebates: $2,500 ($2,000 sales event cash + $500 recent college grad). Rate finder shows an additional $250 lease cash but the dealer didn’t add that to the quote. Is this regional?

monthly with all taxes and fees DAS comes out to around $360/month.

Calculator got messed up. Will remake and share shortly.

You can still post the calc link, even if there are errors.

There are brokers in other states who have listings for 2026 Palisades. Have you checked those to get a sense of how your deal compares?

Which is how much?

~$3k. First month + sales tax (6.875% state plus + 0.5% county) + acquisition fee + e-file fee + dmv fee. Registration is absolutely insane in MN at nearly $900… I miss the East Coast.

With a $500 cap cost reduction and $300 doc fee, I was able to get it to match ~$360/mo with $3K due at signing:

Looks like a strong deal! $4,000 dealer discount (8% off MSRP) with no money factor markup and reasonable doc fee is great.

I don’t think there’s a more affordable 3-row SUV to lease that’s as nice as a Palisade SEL Premium right now.
