Having trouble replicating any of the good deals here. How is $1200/month (with tax), $5K DAS for a 25 XM loaner?

MSRP? selling price before incentives? incentives? selling price after incentives? MF? Terms? What does the DAS include? Any down payment that you are doing? Any vehicle trade in? those are some answers that would be needed to fully evaluate the deal

It’s $165K retail, $30K discount, $215 dealer fee, $1K DMV, $25K additional incentives, $114K balance.
Not too familar with the current standing of this vehicle but 18% off msrp for a loaner seems kinda weak. What does the DAS include (5k breakdown), confirm the MF isn’t marked up either.
You really need enhanced loyalty (extra $12,500 in incentives) to deal on one of these. @LAK1ngs previous mention of “rent-a-hackr” would save you a good chunk of change.
