Are you looking at the most hackable trim? The PHEV is surely better. As well as the Mazda CX70 PHEV.

Doesn’t really seem like a good deal. At least for this month. The PHEV has better offers today. and they gave much discounts. It could be seasonal but try to aim for 8-10% dealer discount.
