Thanks.

The sheet shows $2,000 DAS doesn’t it?
Either way, insane to roll $15,000 equity into a lease.
Thanks for responding. So, would you just take a check for the trade in or sell the car yourself? I was looking at 2 different lease quotes and I believe you are correct that it is the $2000 after signing, not the 5999.
Without the trade in value what would be a good deal to look at?
Have you checked the Marketplace or Signed Deals & Tips to see if there have been any recent GV60 EV deals posted?
Thanks for the comments. I dug in and answered some of my own questions. I’ve never leased and it is definitely different the buying outright.
Do those seem like reasonable leases?
Thoughts on this one?

This looks like a copy and paste of a national offer? Those are never good deals.
You could certainly ask the broker you’ve referenced above what deals they can offer on a GV70 EV, if that’s what you’re interested in.
Is there truly a $23,000 Lease bonus? What does that really mean?

I’m also looking for the same vehicle lease. Not finding a lot of dealer incentives.
Do you know which vehicle you want? You’re posting lease ads for multiple. You can check Ratefindr for each model in your zip to see the incentives.
As far as finding a good discount, your best bet to save time is to reach out to one of the brokers serving your region.
What do you mean by this? Are you saying you’re not finding dealers advertising what incentives are available or they’re not giving big discounts?
The offers include variable manufacturers rebates, but no dealer contributions beyond that. Is that normal for Genesis?
There’s your problem.
Ask a dealer how much they want you to pay and they’ll give you an answer that makes them happy.
Looking at dealer offers is a gigantic waste of time. Put together a target deal and make them an offer.
Thank you - I absolutely agree! I want them to make money on the deal. my goal is to learn what dealer incentives are available so I can make an offer that’s reasonable for both of us. Thoughts?
You’re a super supporter so you can easily look up what incentives are available.
If you’re trying to establish a pre-incentive discount target, looking at shared deals and broker listings is the best option.
Worry about what discount the current market supports rather than how the dealer is making their money.
Let me know if you find anything.
I closed a solid deal with Luis and Terry at Genesis of Mesquite. Easy to work with, fair price.
So what did you learn from this broker offer? Seems to me that a 5% discount is achievable on these vehicles plus another$14.5K in incentives. The incentives may vary in NE, so you will have to figure out what you qualify for in your area. Put all this into the lease calculator and see what you should be paying.
