First lease. '24 XLT w/ max tow package & bed liner.
Have negotiated with a couple dealers around the southeast to bottom out around $3k dealer discounts + additional $11.5k in rebates ( |11372 - EV Public Charging Credit @ $1k + 50622- EV RCL Cash @ $10.5k.
Landed at $561/mo with no extra down. I saw references on the forum for some people getting XLTs for high 300s mid 400s but those didn’t have documentation from what I saw. Dealers not willing to budge on 58% residual and MF. Curious what else could drive such a big swing. Should I sign?

Your discount is 4%, I would be looking for closer to 8%, while brokers in Marketplace are offering 7%. Do you have X-plan? Rumor is the X-plan incentive is $10.5K this month, which is much better than a 4% to 8% discount.
That’s a good call. I had 24mo quoted before I negotiated the discounts, but I’m not sure it’s going to swing the monthly by more than $10 or so, right (residual moves to 65%)?
You are getting a $3000 (~4.5%) dealer discount from MSRP. We have brokers offering 7% and have seen others achieve 10%. There is more room in the discount, but that doesn’t mean your dealer will go any further.
The other components of this deal are incentives which come from Ford, not the dealer. Some, like RCL cash and charging cash, everyone qualifies. You don’t seem to have any conditional incentives, such as loyalty, conquest or private offer. You don’t seem to have x-plan.
The best LGT deals usually combine a 7% discount with at least one conditional incentive.
Thanks, so another $1.8k to get to 7% w/ unicorns more. Are there any conquest offers that aren’t teslas? Dealer didn’t ask me about current car ownership so wondering if there are other incentives lingering to potentially stack.
