Deal Check: 2026 Q7 45 TFSI Prem. Plus

, ,

Hi all,

Is this a good deal?

  1. MSRP: $72,140
  2. Total discount: $10,000
  3. Protection package: $990
  4. MF: 0.00359 for 36 mo, 0.00379 for 42 mo
  5. Residual: 53% (36/12k), 51% (36/15k)
  6. Payment: $1,121 (36/12k), $1,156 (36/15k)

Protection package, I can try to remove charged on the pricing but overall on the MF and deducations off the “MSRP”?

Have you searched this car in Marketplace? Tons of Audi brokers out there to see what is possible. That MF is horrible too…is it the base rate?

I believe @IAC can help you with Audi in TX

Yeah, I only see the 2025 and not the 2026.

I know they add margin to the base rate, it is likely a base rate even if I ask.

Can you imagine paying that for an old model Q7 and not even a 55. I would keep looking.

zero reason to lease a q7, either in a 2025 or 2026 form. far better and cheaper alternatives out there.

I dont need a faster/bigger engine.

It is horrible regardless…you can check Edmunds lease forums to find out what base for your term is.

“Good deal” is a relative term

Are you open to other cars? Other Audi models?

Are you open to financing?

Are you willing to travel or pay shipping?

Does it have to be this specific car?

Did you vet the MF? Did you search the marketplace?

Do a little homework. Ballpark math is you can finance a 62k car for around the same monthly number, maybe less if you extend to 71-84 months. That may not work for you.

Are you open to other cars? Other Audi models?

  • Not really.

Are you open to financing?

  • No.

Are you willing to travel or pay shipping?

  • Yes within the state. If they need to be shipped I dont mind if the numbers make sense.

Did you vet the MF? Did you search the marketplace?

  • The only source I’m looking for is on Edmund.

Not nice.

Is the dealer offering a tax credit on this model? Just wondering how the DAS is so low, given the usual TX-tax situation.

Wow that’s one of the worst leases I’ve seen for a while. Use some common sense here. Paying $40K to use a Q7 for 3 years is not a good move. That’s Cayenne money.

What would be common sense then?

I would look into GLS 450. I’ve seen some deals especially if you don’t mind getting a demo. Also, you will probably get a lower payment on GLE 350, GV 80 or X5. Best check with a broker.

Great advice!

Where are new Cayenne’s leasing for the same as this deal?
