First time trying to hack a lease in Los Angeles on a 2026 Polestar 4 Pilot Plus Single Motor. Is this a good deal and or is there anything I should be questioning?

Clean vehicle incentive $7500
Tesla conquest incentive $4000
If I’m understanding the paperwork correctly, they are not giving you any type of discount, independent of the incentives.
Have you done any research to determine if a full-MSRP deal is good for a Polestar 4?
why dont you reach out to @Benedetto
It doesn’t appear that full MSRP would be considered a good deal on this car right now. They have significant incentives which would amount to $11,500 off.I’ve asked a couple of times for an addt’l dealer discount of $2500 but they are adamant that they can’t do any other discounts off the msrp than the current incentives. I’m coming from a 2023 Tesla model Y performance and have not really pinpointed any other EV’s that interest me outside of this one.
You are currently getting $0 in discounts. There’s no hacking going on here, just a full msrp deal.
If they won’t give you any discounts, reach out to a broker that will make it happen.
Inventives and discounts are not the same I believe that’s where the confusion is. Any dealership can offer incentives. However, finding a dealership willing to provide an MSRP discount and allow multiple incentives to be stacked… now you’re cooking with hot grease.
A different way to think of this is an incentive is simply the manufacturer setting the MSRP in a way that manipulates the consumer into believing they’re getting a better deal.
If interested. we could do a great deal on a P4 and also maybe take back the Tesla.
