With the limited info provided, sounds quite high to me.

I believe you should be able to get it for around 400 with just 1st month payment.

If there’s limited inventory then pricing from pre-September is hard to achieve

I have 7 months left on my current lease so trying to decide if I should get this with the assumption lease prices will be higher in 7 months.
