DEAL CHECK - 2026 BMW iX xDrive60 – M Sport / Executive / Dynamic Handling (WA)

, ,

Hi all — I’d love feedback on this lease offer I’m evaluating. This is a 2026 iX xDrive60 with a pretty loaded build:

Build Highlights

  • MSRP: $105,320
  • Dune Grey Metallic
  • M Sport Package
  • M Sport Professional Package
  • Executive Package
  • Driving Assistance Pro
  • Dynamic Handling Package
  • Climate Comfort Package
  • 2-Axle Air Suspension, Front Ventilated Seats

Lease Terms (Current Offer; Still Discussing)

  • 36/12k
  • Selling Price: $98,705 (~6.3% off MSRP)
  • MF: 0.00163 after 7 MSDs — but base MF is 0.00210, so looks like there’s still markup baked in
  • Residual: 50%
  • Incentives: $9,900
  • 7 MSDs applied
  • Payment: ~$1,590 (incls taxes)
  • Due at Signing: Estimated to be MSDs ($10,500) + taxes and fees—no cap cost reduction
  • Zip is 98107

Is this deal in line with current iX trends? Mostly curious if there is possibility of meaningful movement on MSRP discount or MF.

fwiw, dealer has 4 2026 iX60s in stock, two of which have identical builds (the one i want is one of the two)

Thanks in advance! Not trying to grind too hard, just want to understand where things are landing in the current market.

That’s crazy. Get a 2025 before Monday, the money factor is much lower, or wait a month or two when the incentives pick up on these new 2026’s

Pretty sure @BimmerCarDeals had advertised an in-stock iX M60 she had for like $500/month cheaper, but I don’t recall where it was located. Worth asking her about it to save ~$18k!

Hi, I have a 2025 iX M60 at 13.5% off. The 2026 is still overpriced for now. You’d have to ship it from the Midwest, but it’s worth it!

Please fill out the form linked above. I need some basic information, such as where you are located, to get started.

We can beat this in the PNW.

Shoot us an inquiry.

Am I missing something or is that cray cray money for a car which is essentially the same as a 2025 x50? Which would be more like a $800-900 car?

Not if the programs don’t support it. So far the take rate on well equipped cars is better than expected.

Not sure what you mean but if the 2026 programs are terrible take a 2025.

What’s left of them…supply is dwindling and it is no time to be picky if you’re on a budget. Gotta pay to play.
