First time leaser, and have been reading through these forums for the past week. Big thanks for everyone who contribute (I learned about the ABA incentive from here!).
Anyway, here is what I have so far (purchasing in CA and shipping up to WA). I feel like I can get the discount off MSRP a little lower (it is 6.1% off MSRP).
My plan is to do a lease buyout after the 1st payment.
Any thoughts or feedback would be appreciated!
MSRP - $85,235

Doc Prep - $85
License/Title - $893
Tire/Battery/VTR Fee - $8.75
Other Fee - $33
Aquisition Fee - $995
Tax on Collected Items - $1162.50
Capitalized Initial Fees - $980.07
Total Cap - $84,554.32
Rebate Savings - -$15,000
Net Cap - $69,554.32
That’s payment is about double what most of us got, so you need to push for a bigger discount. For example, I got a $500 monthly payment with no money down on an $89k T8 Ultimate. Granted, taxes are clearly higher where you are, but that doesn’t account for an almost $1k payment. You need to push for a bigger discount.
$16,750 in incentives, 8.65% discount, and 10 MSDs. I posted it in Signed! with a $479 effective payment since 1st month is covered by Volvo. Here’s the calculator:
Yeah i am seeing it now this is also a 2024 model they dont have any of that available in NJ and NJ rebate from volvo for 2025 xc90 is capped at 2500. So i wouldn’t be able to replicate this around here. This is a good starting point.
