Spent a while negotiating a lease down after striking out with some of the brokers on here. I’ve negotiated the following, which, to me, is good but not worth taking now given how many of these are just sitting on lots (and this one has a bench seat, which we want, but others may not). I’m not in a rush and can wait until October at latest. I cannot get any other dealer to match/beat this pre-rebate discount, and the configuration / color combo are fine. My Carvana buyout pickup is tomorrow morning, so I gotta cancel that today if we aren’t moving forward. Thanks in advance, everyone.

I think if you are beating what the brokers are offering, then its worth considering. I’ve seen higher % off MSRP discounts from other posters, but sounds like you’re tapped out on what the dealers are willing to do for you at this point.
The Sensory has never been the value play with the QX80. Luxe is the sweet spot for price. Bottom line, if you want a Sensory, you’re going to have to pay.
With 0 DAS I don’t know how much better you’re going to do on this trim level.
If you’re saying it beats broker deals, then just take it. And yes as @valek.jw said, Luxe is the sweet spot. Unless you absolutely need massaging seats and a few extra speakers, just get the Luxe. how are the June programs on the QX80. Was interested in the 80 if i can get it for 9xx’s ( I’d like a demo or exec car to save) . Not in a rush for a truck but if the right deal was out there I’d get it.

I took the deal with max MSDs and signed on Monday (It was actually $976/mo (including 9% monthly taxes)). New June numbers seem marginally worse due to a slightly increased MF, but the $4K rebate remains (albeit repackaged and made more broadly available), and the RV remains the same.
Yeah but there’a still a 4K rebate so it’s a wash with losing the 3k conquest/loyalty and 1K spring rebate. It’ll likely get more folks in the showrooms who don’t own a conquest/loyalty eligible vehicle. And MF uptick was pretty low.
