Deal Check - 2025 Polestar 3, Texas

Looking for feedback for a Polestar 3 deal in Texas

  • 2025 Polestar 3 Single Motor 600miles
  • 39 months, 10,000 annual miles
  • $0 total drive-off
  • Conquest
  • Will trade in a Volvo with a net trade allowance of $10.5k

Monthly payment: $422.03

We currently have a Volvo and a Tesla. Looking to downsize to one vehicle that is big enough and EV so we settled on Polestar. Any tips on negotiating since Polestar is a fairly new territory? Dealer isn’t budging on MSRP but told me they can negotiate on monthly payment.

Such a terrible deal ! Even the polestar website has better lease offer than this shit and the monthly comes to $374 after a $10.5K trade allowance.
Try 27 months. The residual is better and the lease comes to $214 per month (Polestar website offer)

This should be a giant red flag to you.

If they’re not negotiating a discount, how are they negotiating the monthly payment other than just lowering the monthly by having you pay more upfront? This is a manipulation tactic

Are they also trying to screw you on the trade?

I shared my recent Polestar deal here: SIGNED: 2025 Polestar 3 Long Range Dual Motor - OH - $658/month effective

They don’t do huge discounts off MSRP since the dealers rely on the big EV incentive, but brokers in marketplace are getting ~6-8% off in their deals and I had some luck getting ~6% off directly.

Dude just hit up a broker in here and have a deal done this week that is way better.
Do not do the deal being offered. It’s really bad on a car that isn’t in super high demand.

Also. Kia
Hyundai
Even Vistiq
Likely have deals better or similar to this deal. I’m sure you have looked. But not sure id be willing to work with a polestar dealer when there is some legit competition out there that would be way better for service.
Even a 2024 Mercedes eqs or BMW IX could be in this price range with the right deal.
I’ve owned both the ix and eqs and they are fantastic cars if you don’t dislike the look. (Personal preference on that of course)
