You left the dealer fee blank. High dealer fee you can do another 3%, low dealer fee I would say another 2% is possible.
I think brokers have them 11% off before incentives, so technically, 10% off in your case should be good( not unicorn), especially if you like the spec and color.
As @Batistuta mentioned, the dealer fee is another important factor to evaluate effective monthly payment.
