How does this lease look like for a 2025 CX 90 PHEV?
I got this from a broker here on LH.
• MSRP: $52,745
• Purchase price: $47,320 (so 10.29% discount)
=> $304/month
I’ve confirmed with Edmunds that the MF, RV and incentives.

The deal looks good at first glance, put everything into the LH calculator if you haven’t already. It’s a good skill to develop if you want to become a hackr in the future.
YMMV but personally I just question the value of the premium trim if that’s what this is. The preferred is cheaper and has the utility of a second row bench if you need to carry more stuff in the back or use all 8 seats sometimes whereas the premium plus is fully loaded.
So the MSRP is $52,745, that’s the first thing that doesn’t match in the OP vs the worksheet.

Good catch. The mismatch in the MSRP was a typo and I corrected it in the OP. Please find below the link for LH calculator. I still can’t figure out the discrepancies. According the LH calculaotr, the monthly payment is $261 vs $304 in the dealer lease worksheet.

Most obvious answer to the discrepancy (to me at least) is that .00073 is after MSD
And your license/reg is not on the sheet so is that going to come out of your pocket at the DMV? How much is that? Doubt it’s $500
Thanks, appreciate the info. Yes, the original MF is .00145 and I am paying $2700 MSD to bring it down to 0.00073. I assumed the government fee $500 is for license/reg. Are the incentives taxed at 9%?
