Hello! I’m considering signing a lease on a 2025 Lexus NX450h+ Luxury, and would love it if some of you pros in this thread can tell me if this is a good deal or if I should run. I’m attaching the lease agreement here, but also highlighting the important parts below. Thank you in advance for your help!
Southern California
36 Months/7,500 miles per year
MSRP: $67,979
Selling Price: $60,929 (10.37% dealer discount)
EV Rebate: $7,500
Money Factor: 4.15% or .00173 with 9 refundable MSDs which total $5,625
Zero Down except for first month payment
Amount Due at Signing: $13,750 ($7,500 rebate + first month of $625 + 9 refundable MSD’s of $5,625)
Total Monthly Payment: $625 or $22,500 over 36 months
Would love to know what those cars are. I’ve owned Lexus my entire life and never had a single issue, so the reliability and luxury are unmatched in my opinion. Please share the other less expensive hackable vehicles that are in line with this one so that I can do some research. Thanks!
I think the general consensus is that, if you want this car (and for most Lexuses), it makes sense to do an immediate buyout of the lease to capture the EV pass-through credit and b/c Lexuses don’t structually lease well (although if the MF you’ve posted is correct, that’s not bad).
If reliability is your top priority, sure go with Lexus. I personally think NX450h is souped up version of RAV4 prime. As @paranoidgarliclover suggested, consider doing a lease buy-out and purchase the vehicle instead of leasing.
Food for thought:
Mazda CX90 PHEV
Mazda CX90 inline 6
Mazda CX 50 Hybrid (same power train as Toyota/Lexus)
Volvo xc60 phev?
Audi Q5e
Lexus RX450h+ (More room + power?)
