State is TN:
MSRP: 47,990
Price after discount/rebate: 45,590
Down payment: $1,500
598 a month @36 months and 10k a year.
This seems high to me, and think it should be closer to 500 or 550 a month with 0 down. Thoughts?

If you really want the new design, the 2k off is nice
we do like the new design and features in the 24/25s.
Do you think we can get 550 with nothing down?
I dont think so, 500 with zero is what i got for a Sportage 25 prestige, and the sorrento is usually $100 more
best I have gotten them to so far is 574 with first month payment down… Have 583 with $0 down though.
$500 with $0 down means you are about $4500 apart is cost, which is not reasonable. Why do you think that is possible? Have you seen similar deals posted in Signed or advertised in Marketplace?
What MF is being used for you lease quote? Is it marked up?
You can check Auto Ninja in Marketplace to see what is reasonable in your state. Use the Leasehachr calculator to figure out what this should cost and make the dealer an offer.
I don’t think 500 a month will happen, looking to get closer to 570 now.
I picked up a 2025 Sorento EX X-Line on Jan 2nd. 44k MSRP and I am paying $450 per month with $3k out of pocket.
So the car you finally settled on was a Sorrento Xline Non prestige?
Yes an EX X-Line. Wife and I both love it. White with all black wheels. No chrome anywhere on the vehicle. Buying from my local dealership was totally worth it.
So you did 3k down payment or the 3k was total due at signing which included dealer fees, taxes etc?
I always say total out of pocket so that there is no confusion. It was the total cash I brought to the table for everything. I effectively bought down the payment from $540 to $450 is all. Included a new plate as well.
