I haven’t seen any data points on Ridgeline leases online so I hoped to get some feedback on my lease offer and hopefully help anyone else on the market with a starting point.
36 month / 12k miles @ $479/mo 1st month DAS
This will be my first truck so I’m interested in seeing whether it’s as useful as I think it will be by going down the lease route.
Is this a decent enough deal with the lease incentives?

Many are doing 12% off separate from the incentives. Search in the forum.

$3k discount pre-incentives is good considering the LH marketplace would get you $5400 off, but would also cost you broker fee, high doc fee, and shipping that would eat away all of the savings.
I don’t see a dealer doc fee. Is that built into the pre-incentive discount? Also, MF is rather high. You should pay all inceptions at signing so you’re not paying interest on the doc and acquisition
If you like it enough, buy out the lease right away. Financing should get you a much lower rate than the MF.
