Is this an offer you received from a dealership, or is this a target offer you’re compiling based on incentives and realistic pre-incentive discount? It’s missing dealer and gov fees… depending on the state & dealer, can really add up, so make sure you factor that in.
While the Ody is prob the only van that isn’t completely awful to lease, I don’t think it makes sense to spend ~20k to rent something for 3 years when it can be purchased for for 40. Why not purchase?
Re: Whether lease cash is taxed or not depends on the state, so others who lease in CO regularly will have to chime in.

Think Honda is offering 2.9% financing on purchase too. Someone just posted a dealer selling below invoice.
I appreciate the feedback. This is a target deal for the time being. We prefer to lease because it is in a business. At approx $500 with minimal down, this is looking like one of the better options. We are also considering a Kia Telluride EX.
Would u mind sharing that?
Look at PHEVs for the extra rebates (and fuel savings).
