For 10k miles a year, 33 months. Details in image above. How does this deal look? To me, it seems like an okay deal- not the best but not the worst.
This deal only makes sense if you like buying a car on MSRP.
You can replicate this deal at any dealership I would ask him to discount selling price by $4000 at least.
For reference, I leased the same car and term on september 2024 with 3k DAS and my monthly payments are $485.
Wow! That’s a great deal- how’d you land that?
An ev at MSRP? In 2025?
Even at $6,000 off this would be a bad deal compared to all the other EV deals available rn
I did some homework and gave my numbers to 3 dealers in NJ.
The first one laughed at me. The second one agreed on the phone but when I went to formalize the deal, they changed the terms and wanted a lot more DAS. The third one accepted my offer.
Nice, this was the first offer via email as I’ve been emailing with the sales manager. Hoping I can maybe figure something out to push him down a little.
Wrong strategy. Make offers, don’t ask for them. Research what other folks have gotten in terms of pre-incentive discount, and build your target offer using that + this months lease programs (RV, MF, rebates, etc) within the LH calculator.
Email/call dealers with your offer. Move on until someone says yes. There should not be any “negotiating” or “working someone down”.
As others have mentioned – check whether this car is even hackable this month, esp compared to the great value on some other EVs right now (e.g. those based on ultium platform)
