I’m looking at leasing a 2025 GMC Sierra EV Max Range. Been talking to a few dealers in CA and this is the best I’ve seen. The EV credit is rolling into the RV supposedly.
Obviously, it’s not as good as some of the 2024 deals I’ve seen posted around here, but what do you all think?
Not sure what you’re trying to accomplish. Contact @LuxConcierge and get a 2024 for a reasonable price. Your $5000 down and $1266/month is about $400/month more than they’ve publicly offered.
We’re trying to see what is the best deal we can get on the 2025s. I know 2024 will have better deals for sure but the extra range on the 2025, while a minor difference, will add up over time.
Anyway, just want to make sure we’re not leaving money on the table specifically for the 25s.
Since range is that important, maybe you should find a 2025 Silverado WT Max Range WT that gets an estimated 492 miles of range.
Also, check out the Silverado range test done by Edmunds where they got 484 miles out of the 2024 battery. It also highway tested by State of Charge to get 441 miles at 70mph.
Greencar Reports Synopsis
Two battery-pack sizes give you a choice of how much range you need—and how much battery weight you want to be hauling around to enable that. In EPA range ratings, the GMC Sierra EV Extended Range versions deliver 390 miles of EPA range from about 170 kwh, and the Max Range versions previously at 440 miles are now “GM-estimated” up to 460 miles from about 205 kwh.
That parallels what Chevrolet recently announced for the 2025 Chevy Silverado RST—a range boost from 440 miles to 460 miles through what Chevy explained to be efficiency-related tweaks to motors, inverters, and aerodynamics. Work-truck (WT) versions of the 2025 Silverado EV rate up to 492 miles of range from that largest battery pack."
