Deal Check - 2025 Gladiator Rubicon

Northern Northern CA. 2025 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon

36 month 5k miles (I’ve driven my current 2020 Gladiator less than 4k miles for the last 2 years, its a 3rd vehicle)

MSRP - $56,710

Heres what I am seeing and need a deal check.

Dealer has agreed to take $3120 off MSRP as a dealer sale price reduction. (5.5% off MSRP)

Incentives
$3250 Bonus Cash
$2000 individual incentive
$2500 Vehicle specific incentive

$7750 total incentive.

Dealer is adding $995 fee

Cap reduction seems blown out considering it started at $7750

Total Taxes at $2178.67. Tax is on cap cost reduction and any taxable fees. Tax rate is 7.25% at my Zip Code.

If I do some rough math $2178.67 / 7.25% ='s $30,050. I don’t see how I would have $2178.67 in taxes unless its an addon listed as taxes.

My math shows taxes should be cop cast reduction plus his $995 fee X 7.25% ='s $634.01

Let me know what you guys think!

Do your best attempt at the calculator and post it.

I wouldn’t pay $635 to drive a Rubicon for 5k miles per year. Do you use the bed? For what purposes do you use it for? Maybe we can find some alternatives.

For this price you can get in a Silverado EV, F150 Lightning and other ICE proper trucks.

I wouldn’t take it, honestly.

If the OP is still in the market, my son just picked up a 2025 Gladiator Mojave (MSRP 60,595) for $299 a month w/ 3k down for 3/36 lease. The truck had a 5k dealer discount and 14,500 in rebates so monthly payment was almost all rental charge. Cap cost was 40,095 and residual was 38,780 (64%). Hoblit in Woodland, CA (Nor Cal) has a few more with similar discounts.
