I don’t know if this is a good lease based on the factors that influence that, but seems like a terrible lease relative to what that money could get you. These numbers are looking like a purchase 99% of the time, like other posts have suggested.

Agreed. If this is the vehicle that you want then your best option will be to finance it.
Leasing on the 3-row BOF SUVs is mostly garbage outside of some Infiniti/Nissan deals.
Just 1st payment. If this is the must have car just finance it and enjoy
