Hi all – would love your thoughts on this lease offer I’m considering on a 2025 Cadillac Lyriq Sport 1 in Southern California.
Here are the numbers:
Term: 24 months
Mileage: 10,000 miles/year
Monthly Payment: $403.88 (includes taxes)
Due at Signing:$3,500
Total Drive-Off: $3,500
MSRP: ~$64,000 (will confirm exact)
Residual Value: $54,000 (84%)
Interest (APR): 7%
**Vehicle has ~**3,000 miles on it
Taxes/fees included in payment
What is the pre-incentive/-rebate selling price, and what incentives/rebates do you qualify for?
Pre-Incentive Selling Price: $64,615
Qualified Incentive: $2,000 Rebate (for current Kia)
So they are selling you the car at more than MSRP effectively?
i think i might be wrong about the price. need to check!
I just picked up a 25 sport 1, with 340 miles on it I got it for 24month 12k 0das 0 out the door $532 a month. Just outside of Pittsburgh. MSRP$63900
What was you preincentive selling price and what incentives did you qualify for?
MSRP $63990
Sale Price$59,250
4500 incentives
2000 loaner
2000 conquest
500 military
Hope that helps.
For loaners do they have to have certain mileage for them to sell the car to you? How were you able to get a low mile loaner to lease that is 2025 model year too?
Not sure how they did it or how they made it work. I just said get me here and I’ll lease it. It took lots of back and forth and they said ok on last day of month. I spent years in the car business and have worked with the salesman before maybe that helped. I do no for sure for a 25 the loaner cash was 2k.
