Deal Check - 2025 cadilac optiq sport 2

Hi new to leasehackr, Looking into leasing Optiq sport 2 with 0 down, 36months at 12k miles.

I was going back and forth and finally got this deal, any thoguhts? Feedback and recommendations are greatly appreciated. I live in Utah but car is in Colorado.

Also I have been reading a lot about one pay leases, I read in one of the post that in case the car being totaled with GM that one pay gets prorated. Is that still the case?

MSRP 60715

Price 57750

Cap reduction 2978

Rebate 3250

Residual 62%

MF 00147

Fes 867.20

Payment with tax is 684.78 (636 no tax)

I’m trying to get the exact same car today in Michigan and just asked for $550/mo, 36 months / 12K miles, zero down. I’ll keep you posted with how I do. $685 seems high based on the posts I’ve been following in here.

you only got $3250 rebate from the $7500 EV allowed? Or is that 3250 just from Costco and Conquest?

Good luck and yeah keep me posted, is that $550 with tax? @brentdutcher

They seem to allocate that 7500 into residual, and yeah that 3250 is the cotsco and conquest. @SpecTP

yep, with tax. let’s see how this goes

I get GM employee discount, Costco, and lease loyalty, so I think it’s reasonable.

I got that exact deal (term and mileage) on a sport 1. Slightly cheaper car but not by much.

paying $460/month

EDIT. Mine was a loaner so was cheaper cos of that too. So prob not much different if there’s no loaners available/don’t want one

Folks, do you know how much difference in monthly payment it makes between 24 and 36 months lease for Optiq. My calculation says it’s $12 more pm for 36 months but checking if this is the approximately right number.

Post your calc links for review. Or spreadsheet numbers.

After a lot of back and forth and talking to so many dealers I was able to get the above deal down to $626, trying to get quote for one pay to compare. How is it going on your end? Most of them either dont respond or are not really flexible, wondering if it just my experience. Thanks

As OP mentioned, there is no $7500 EV pass-through credit. W/ GM EV lease, the RV is enhanced.

One dealership countered me with $800/mo which was worse than the online calculator from Cadillac.com haha

Another said $659/mo but he could potentially move the car I’m looking at into their loaner fleet for a week to get me the loaner discount and get it under $600. I might bite on that one
