I looked at 1 broker in the Northeast (there are many who service BMW) and they are 10.5% off preincentive. Shoot for at least that and if you cant, use a broker.

Either way, the programs for these aren’t great so it’s going to be an expensive lease no matter what. Pay to play.

That would be sweet if a broker can get me 10% off on a fully loaded 2025 X3 M50.

Dont do it,
Over 1k / mo too much

What data points indicate that over $1100/mo is too much for a 2025 X3 spec’d this way?

Look on swapalease bud

I did a nationwide search on Swapalease and see a single listing for a 2025 X3 M50. It’s $1150/mo w/ less than 1000 mi/mo remaining, and the listing says a swap is pending.

Bad deal, even the calculator is giving you a low score. You’re paying way over 1% per month.

You should try and bring that MSRP down and the MF should be able to drop significantly as well. Use ratefindr and get your non-marked up MF.

Also, do you not qualify for any incentives? Between loyalty, conquest, and corporate I think most people should be able to snag something.

It’s a nice car, but a bad deal.

That was base MF, and there were only $500 in incentives. We’ll need to see what programs are like today.

Thank you for the feedback. Apparently, there are no incentives on this vehicle at the moment.

I may look into purchasing the vehicle. They said they will provide the same 5.5% discount off MSRP if I were to purchase. I had shared the discount off MSRP with 5 other dealers in the tristate area, and they offered to either match or others said it’s very aggressive and they cannot compete.
