Deal Check - 2025 BMW iX x50

Update: Dealer did new numbers on a different car, could really use some advice.

Trying to get a last minute deal on a loaded iX. This is the best one I’ve gotten so far, not sure it is really a home run, it is only about 11% off MSPR, before rebates, and they’re forcing an addon. I’m trying to get to $775 a month on payments, but they’re telling me to come up with $4k more towards taxes, etc. instead of doing 14%/15% off MSRP. Asking too much here?

I can beat this. We won’t be at 14%, but I can do 13% with a marked up MF and an extra $500 incentive. Even before tax, it’s way less:

Refuse the add on and demand another 1% off.

What’s your mf? It seems to be jacked up to require another $2000 cash plus fees

Here’s my attempt at a calculator for you with base mf, but it’s not 775.

I was able to get this updated pricing on a different car. Any thoughts?

Try to post the calculator.

This is the closest I could get, off by $2 a month. I don’t get it, it’s 13.5% off MSRP, with no marked up money factor, seems like it should be a no brainer? I realized it seems he forgot conquest cash, which is $1,000? That would drop it a bit more. I can also do max security deposits, if that’s worth it.

It’s a big-time no-brainer. Have them apply the $1k EV Conquest (if you qualify), do 4x MSDs, and reduce your due at signing to just basic driveoffs. Your total due will be $6k but you’ll be getting $3200 back at the end of the lease and saving a nice chunk on interest (assuming you’re keeping the car the entire lease term). See below:

Thank you so much! I did exactly as you said, my drive offs were slightly higher, $3.9k, but payment is $743 a month and MSDs basically $3k. Thank you again for responding and confirming it was a good deal!
