With the money factor being marked up, push for another 1% off, assuming there is no other dealer add-ons, etc

Thank you for your input :pray:I see lots of folks getting 12% off - if I can get that deal, leasehackr calculator showing it will lower my drive off to $3,500, and my monthly stays about the same, few dollars off. So it looks like my drive off as it is now ($4,500) has somewhat of a deposit that lowered my payment to $800 .

You won’t be getting 12% off a 2025. There are far fewer allocations for 2025s than there were for 2024s. The 12% off deals were on 2024s that have been sitting. The 2025 is also a refreshed design. I can do 12% off a 2024 that has been in stock for a while, but it’s an $81,000 build.

Others are getting 12% on the 2025s. Literally seeing the deals on other forums, including Reddit. Hard to get? Yes, perhaps, but it’s happening out there

One guy on reddit one time got it, so I can too!

(Without knowing their rate, doc fee, potential adds, etc)

At least OP understands that what they want is shooting for the moon and not easy.

How is this deal? CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR

It’s not possible to mark up the MF that much unless you have the world’s worst credit, and then you wouldn’t get a lease. The tax rate seems wrong too. Are you sure this matches the numbers you have? The residual is off too. Why would you do a 24-month lease? It’s literally hundreds of dollars more each month than a 36-month lease.

First time user. Might have incorrectly filled it out. Market Value Selling Price: 76,500. Total Savings, 16,900. Adjusted Price 59,600. I assume the BMW Credit is part of the Savings. Acquisition 925. Doc, 358.03, Title Fee, 165, ERT Fee, 35, Tax 2,768 Additional Local Tax, 15, Lic Reg Fee, 251. Balance = 64,117.03. 12,000

Tax rate should read “7.25%” and not “0.0725” in the calculator.

What is the specific breakdown of the $8,500 in incentives you are getting on top of the 12.29% discount? Can you just post the sheet the dealer gave you with your info, dealer info, VIN, etc. blacked out?

Yes, that’s a good deal assuming that you live somewhere in the Chicago suburbs and that it’s a local dealer.

Thanks. New to this site. Everyone seems to have opinion. Some said flat out a bad deal. What makes you say this is a good deal in the Chicago area?

Can u name the dealership?
