Deal Check: 2025 BMW i4 eDrive40 (Service Loaner Lease) — $450/mo $0 DAS good deal? Can it be beat?

Hey everyone — looking for help evaluating a lease quote and what leverage I have to negotiate further.

Vehicle: 2025 BMW i4 eDrive40 (service loaner)
Miles on car: ~5,300
Term / Miles: 36 months / 12k per year
MSRP: $62,750
Selling price: $49,997
Incentives: $7,500 + $1,000 (total $8,500)
Payment: $450/mo including 8.75% tax
Due at signing: $0 (true sign-and-drive)
Location: San Diego, CA (8.75% tax)
Unknowns: MF, residual, acquisition fee, doc fee

A few questions:

  1. Is this already a strong deal for an i4 eDrive40 right now, or should it be beatable?

  2. Since it’s a service loaner with 5,300 miles, should I be asking for more discount and/or mileage adjustment?

  3. Can someone tell me what the base MF and residual should be for this trim/term so I can confirm the dealer isn’t marking up MF?

  4. What should I ask for specifically (selling price, MF, fees, MSDs) to improve this?

49997+8500=58,497
58497/62750=0.932

So 6.8% discount, which would be rough even if this wasn’t a loaner, and the effective discount is even less if the MF is marked up.

Have you looked at the Marketplace? It seems like CA brokers are doing a lot better than this for NEW and not loaner.

I have but unfortunately I’ve not come across any broker deal that’s remotely close to this.. all in the mid to high 500s with a similar build on new car

To clarify : 49997 (20.3% off MSRP)- $8500 (rebates) = 41,497 sale price

Looking for a deal similar to this. Where are the 8.5k in incentives coming from?

EV credit and loyalty

Not an expert on these, but it looks good to me!
