Hi, I received lease pricing and wanted to get feedback if it’s a good deal? I am in NJ. It’s a 2025 530i x drive, MSRP is $69,745, selling price is $66,800, 10K miles, 39 mos lease term, money factor .0018, residual 57%, paying $4500 in taxes and fees on signing, it’s $885, 12K miles is $903. This also includes a corporate program from my company. If someone can let me know, I would appreciate it.
Just checked a couple Northeast brokers who are offering just over 10% preincentive discounts. Have you checked the Marketplace ?
You’re getting about 4.5% off MSRP. Not that great. With regards to current programs, not much you can do about MF and RV.
Are you saying I should be getting 10% off MSRP about $6000?
I will look now but I don’t want to start over and just negotiate with the dealership I have. The car is coming in about a week or 2 and nothing was signed so I will re-negotiate, but want to be reasonable.
When Account broker fee, getting 9% off is great. Getting 8% for the car and spec you like it might be the way to go, but check MF and all fees if the dealer is not recouping this money on the other end.
Does your selling price include the lease cash and corporate? If so that’s worse.
Exactly, @justjenn3, you need to separate dealer discount from incentives to understand if going with the broker is a better and cheaper way to go.
This is my best attempt not knowing " your company discount "
Anyhow, $1000/m effective for 530 is a lot IMO.
But these are Your money
Your call, but for about $100 month savings I’d be happy to start over lol.
I will if he doesn’t come down in the price , but wanted to understand the deals put there.
I will ask him for more details.
Also, does it have to be 530 or you open for less expensive options?
Just stupid exaple: for half of this you can get Volvo xc60.
Must be BMW 5 series.
A broker or 2 have a demo 530i xdrive - 1st month DAS with 12k miles a year was about $625 to 650 a month. If you can be flexible on color options. I dont know what they had but theres a few out there.
What about this?
Depends on your definition of a good deal. There are 2024 demo/loaners in the Marketplace that are much much better than this and you’ll never get close to that pricing on a brand new 2025 regardless of how much you try.
2024 was the year of a complete redesign so there are almost no changes for the 25. I’m not sure why the 25 should command any kind of premium let alone a huge one.
Like you’d be at < $500 per month with the same DAS
7 series might be too big and not what OP is looking for.
EDIT: Personally, I’d rather drive a 5 series over a 7 series.
No I want the 5, but may also be looking for my daughter. Do you have any BMW 3 series or Mercedes C-class a demo or loaner?
Please look here.
I have 2024 530xi up for potential lease transfer located in NJ - $680/month
