If you have verified base MF this is about all you can do on this car. 10% discount is OK…maybe sign if you can get one more point off?
I’d also check the RV at 39 months and see what it really buys you because you will be on the hook for a whole year registration and only get 3 months out of it.
Hacking means you’ve a better solution than the obvious.
The obvious solution for a 330i is a CPO, like a 2023 for $34k ish or a 2022/2024 for more/less.
Is your proposed deal a hack ie is it better than that?
I think BMW often offers 39 mo terms where the RV is the same as 36 mos.
I think that is about as good a lease deal as you are going to find. Let’s see if one of the LA brokers chimes in with a better offer.

Correct. The 39-month terms with BMW match the 36-month residuals. Ends up saving you about $30-35/month on the 330i (over $1k for the life of the lease).
@gohawks23 - registration renewal in year 3 will be about $500-ish. But you also have 3 additional payments. No clear answer on this specific car – on other models where the delta is $60-90/month, it’s a bit more obvious the 39-month is the way to go.

Facts. After grabbing my 24 month XC90 last year during ABA madness, I never want to do anything longer than 2 years ever again lol
