Howdy — looking for some feedback on the deal below as I am newer to the BMW leasing community (although not leasing in general)

2024 X3 M40 custom build
MSRP: $71,295
Sale Price: $65,378 (8.3% off)
36/10
MF: .0021 (Feb. base MF)
Residual: 56%
Down: $0 (only fees and first month at signing)
No dealer add-ons, no incentives/loyalty
Monthly: $1,044 (includes tax @9.25%)

I am looking to build and lease this specific car in Spring 2024, not buy or finance. I know all the usual caveats from trolling this forum before, throughout and after the pandemic (it’s not the 20-teens leasing). Any sense how BMW leasing incentives or pricing deals may evolve with the new X3 MY25 details being released soon? Might be a pipe dream for MF to drop by the time my order arrives, but who knows.

If you are leasing this, you must have a business write-off, because over $1000 a month for an X3M40i is just insane. There is another poster with a deal on a 2023 X3M for a similar amount. But hey, it is your money, and the overall deal looks reasonable.

8.3% with base MF is hard to beat. I’d have to run the numbers and see where in California OP is to see if it makes sense.
