You set on VW? They are leasing horrible for the last 6 months (except for ID4)
Edit, the MF looks marked up to the max as well.

Unfortunately yes. My husband wants to stick with the Atlas.

Negotiate the payment down to at least $50 min, to get rid of the MF mark up. It should be 186
Also see what your Trade in is worth at Carmax/Carvana, you might get more money
