Deal check 2024 Volvo XC90 Ultimate

my 1st time trying to lease a car, could you help to check if the deal is good?

from the dealer “tax and all dealer fees included. Total amount due at signing will be $3,000 + $7,500 MSD”

calculator

MF looks good, the dealer fees seem to be rolled into the sale price.
Discount can be slightly better.

Can you break-down incentives please?

Thanks for the quick response! Will check the break-down incentives.

By the way, looks that the dealer fee is the $3000 .from the dealer “tax and all dealer fees included. Total amount due at signing will be $3,000 + $7,500 MSD”

that kind of changes it… Normally I would say capitalize everything but MF is pretty bad, so up to you. On pure discount alone, I’ve seen between 11% and 13% in the broker marketplace here, some without fees. Check aronchi.us before committing to anything (I think his geography is limited, but you can at least get the feel of discounts offered)

Thanks! let me check out with aronchi

Incentives, dealer fees and registration are all different in CA vs. NE.

Thats not what theyre saying there.

Theyre saying your due at signing amount is $3000 plus $7500 in msds, so $10500 out of pockets. Taxes and fees being included just means theyre included in the pricing theyve given you, not that the $3000 due at signing is the dealer doc fee.

I think you can try for 11-12 % discount if there are similar vehicles (color, option etc) available near you. Other things like RV, MF etc looks good.

Got it, thanks for the explanation!

Got two quotes:
#1, $3,000 due at signing + $7,500 MSD calculator

#2, $3, 853 due at signing + $7,000 MSD calculator

Both give ~9% off MSRP, seems that’s best brokers can off this month. Looks #2 is slightly better with lower monthly payment.

Any feedback would be great appreciated, I plan to pick one in coming labor day
