The ‘due at signing price’ calculated on the calculator does not actually match my number- It’s an automatically calculated result.
The quoted price I received, with zero down payment, was $520, but I plan to make a down payment of 2-3k when finalizing the contract to reduce the monthly payments. Thank you!!

Have you considered leasing a demo car? Volvo numbers drop significantly on loaners and demos and there’s no shortage of them.
Don’t put money down. If that money is burning a hole in your pocket put it down as MSDs (multiple security deposits) to bring down your monthly payment.
I’ve been searching for an XC40 Ultimate in MA lately and so far I’ve been getting about 10% off without much effort so I think your discount is solid and in line with what brokers have posted.
I believe the incentives are untaxed in MA so you can throw those there. I believe Volvo is giving $1000-1250 in incentives as of may at least, and if you have Costco you can throw another $1000 there too. Mess around with which taxes and fees you want to pay now or roll into the lease with the checkboxes, should get you close to your deal number
If you still want to lower your monthly payment, MSDs is the way to go.
