Deal Check - 2024 Toyota Corolla LE AWD Hybrid

Hey all, being offered a 2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid LE AWD w/ convenience package. Also comes with all weather mats and a couple other small addons. The MSRP / Window price is $27.9k. I’m being offered it for $26.5k plus lifetime oil. Also a good trade in price for my old car. Solid deal?

Selling price is only half the story. What other fees are going into their pocket? What’s the OTD price?

Post some numbers. What are they offering and what are the buyers linked below offering?

26.5k is the price going into their pocket. The total of the deal is 26.5k - 8.5k for trade in (carmax offered $8.4k) + 2000 for taxes and dmv fee. So total OTD will be 20k after my trade in plus tax.

I don’t think there’s a ton of data here on OTD price for purchase. Maybe contact a broker to see if they have a better deal? Or see if there’s a Toyota-specific forum where people have listed recent transaction prices.

Are you financing or paying cash?

On the surface this sounds like a solid deal to me. $1400 off MSRP on a corolla hybrid and $100 more than carmax on your trade-in plus free oil changes is good in my book.

Just don’t buy any junk in the finance office and if you are financing make sure the rate is competitive with your bank/credit union (double check if toyota has special financing offers on that car in your region)

Carmax has often been the lowest bid in my experience.

Did you click on any of the other links and get offers?

Carvana offered $7.6k. Which do you use for the best offer typically?

There’s no pattern to the highest which is why all those links were aggregated in one place

Could it be any easier?
