I have been going back and forth with this dealer for about a week, they started at 400 m/o all in (9k+ one pay) for 24/12. I got the below for 24/10, is there any room here to get this lower? What could i expect for 24/12 or 24/15

Conquest is 3K, Costco Executive is $1250, GM supplier is $1000, GM card sign up is $500 ?
No GM Card, looks like it was dealer cash
