It’s not bad for an EV6 Light…they probably making a few thousand off your prius though as those sell for $6000 right now.

You might want to look at the Ioniq 5 SEL which is around the same price and see if the Hyundai dealer will give you a better deal on your Prius.

Thanks forbs, I like the Ioniq 5s! Everything I’ve researched says to use e-mail and avoid in-person negotiations whenever possible. Would it be best to e-mail this deal sheet to other dealerships (Kia, Hyundai) and see if they can match the terms + more on my trade-in?

My trade-in has about 170k miles, a lot of paint chipping (no rust), scratches and dents on 4 panels (no metal showing), and electrical issues with the console and dashboard not turning on. I’ve been diligent about getting regular maintenance so it drives great. Any advice on how to negotiate a better deal on it?

see if you can get that fixed for cheap < $500 because it adds value.
And then take it to carmax and see what they will offer

Can’t hurt to see what carvana/carmax will offer you online for your Prius
