Have you compared with the brokers in the marketplace?
No, I just used one broker to find this deal because I’ve worked with him before and he’s very good. This seems like a solid deal IMO, I just wanted a gut check.
Will be hard to beat this. Bloomington and Walser are showing big discounts but the incentives are probably baked in.
